What we store

Your email address and name; your guests' names and mobile numbers; their replies, food preferences and travel details; your drivers’ names and mobile numbers (saved per organiser, so you can reuse them); and the message history and delivery status of every WhatsApp message sent for your wedding.

Why

Only to plan this wedding: to send invitations and reminders, and to show you who is coming.

Who processes it

WhatsApp messages to guests are sent through Perfox.
Sign-in codes for organisers are emailed through Amazon SES.
Travel tickets that guests upload (PDF or text) are sent to Google Gemini to read the travel details. GuestSync does not store the tickets.
The organiser assistant works through Perfox; your assistant conversations are held by Perfox.
The app and its database are hosted by <HOSTING_PROVIDER>.

How long we keep it

Guest data is deleted 90 days after the last function.
